To adjust the end date and time of a Canvas class, go to the Participation settings page. Select Term from the drop-down menu. The term will display the start and end date. If you want to change the dates of a course, make sure you are the Canvas admin. Otherwise, you’ll have to manually change the date for each student.
In case the date and time of the Canvas course is wrong, students won’t be able to access the course. In this case, you can use a manual method, or import a course into a new Canvas course. Just make sure you specify the start and end date and time of your new course.
